Tanker Drivers taking Over 1st Mainland Bridge....See Pictures!

Tanker drivers and other heavy duty vehicles have taken over 1st mainland bridge (Coming in from Custain/ Alaka), causing serious traffic ..

The road is only free when you get to the descent bridge leading to Ijora - Apapa...that is if you are headed inwards Lagos/ Victorian Island...

On the other hand, if you are headed towards Ijora, Apapa, or Ajagunle axis from the bridge, you are done for...."e'ekpelle"  (sorry) is your name.

A journey of about 15mins  from Costain - CMS in the afternoon and evenings, now takes almost an hour, we hope this is resolved soon, that the tanker/ heavy duty vehicles are told which route and times to ply the roads and that they are also made to comply.

Death Trap At Sangotedo, Lekki - Epe Express Way!

This bad spot, eating deeper into the express road, was spotted along Sangotedo, on Lekki - Epe express way, Lagos - Nigeria. It is one of the many danger zones along the Sangotedo - Ibeju-Lekki axis of the Lekki Peninsula.

Another bad spot as seen at Sangotedo, coming from Ibeju- Lekki, inward Ajah, Lagos.

These bad spots caused by erosion  pose great danger to motorists, especially at night...The Lagos State Ministry in charge of roads should look into this and redress.

Shaiii.....See Inside Our BRT Buses!

Barely 7 years after it was introduced into the Lagos state transport system, as a means to encourage white collar executives to leave their cars at home, and go by commercial buses if possible, in order to check the unnecessary and inexplicable traffic situations on Lagos metropolis especially in the mornings and after close hours....

For this, the BRT and LAG Bus copied from the London metropolitan buses, when they first appeared on the scene, was the envy of other commercial buses, most of them had functional air conditioners and fans, good seats, and were very comfortable, making some executives actually leave their cars at home, to join the buses to and fro work...

The Brt and Lag buses, initially of high standard, is now a shadow of it's former self...

Kirikiri - Agboju Link Road Totally Neglected!

This is part the Kirikiri Town - Coscharis motors road, linking  Agboju Town.

The very poor and neglected state of this very busy road, is really alarming,

Despite publications from Press organisations, governments come and go, this road only gets worse.

You need to visit this area during the rainy season to experience it....

I want to ask, is there any thing the Lagos state/  Federal government is benefiting from this negligence?

Honestly because i don't understand why it is taking years to fix this...
