This came after a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge signed off on the paperwork this week, nearly three years after the singers first break up.
The split was finalized for all intents and purposes in March, but due to court backlog the duo's final judgment package was not entered into the system until now.
It was the third marriage for Lopez, who was married to chef Ojani Noa between 1997 and 1998, thereafter backup dancer Cris Judd from 2001 to 2003.
For Anthony, it was his second trip down the aisle, as he was married to former Miss Universe Danyanara Torres from 2000 until 2004.
