Kate Middleton Exits Hospital with Royal Baby, Stunning Dress, Impeccable Hair!

When Kate Middleton, Prince William, and their new baby prince exited the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital on Tuesday, there were swarms of photographers and cameramen staking out the exits to capture the newly expanded royal family's departure.

Just a day after delivering her first child, Kate looked truly beautiful as she emerged from St. Mary's Hospital in a cornflower-blue crepe de chine dress by Jenny Packham, one of her favorite go-to British designers. The dress appears to be a custom-modified version of the white polka dot dresses Packham sent down the spring 2013 runways last September, which have been worn by celebrities like Amy Adams and Dita Von Teese.

The cap-sleeved, empire-waist dress featured a polka dot print that conjured up images of  Princess Diana – Prince William's mother wore a polka dot dress while exiting St. Mary's Hospital after giving birth to him.

It's also probably not a coincidence that the new royal parents both wore blue in honor of their baby boy.

The royal family's brief appearance was touching, and Middleton's hair, makeup, and ensemble were impeccable. William joked to the press that his baby has "way more hair than me," so Tucker may soon have a new client in the young prince.

Princess Diana's Brother Charles Spencer Congratulates Prince William on Son's Birth;...."Nothing to Do With Me"- Princess Anne!

Charles Spencer couldn't be happier for his nephew Prince William, who  welcomed his firstborn son with Kate Middleton at St. Mary's Hospital in London on Monday, July 22. "We're all so pleased," says Spencer, younger brother of the late Princess Diana. "It's wonderful news."

Recalling his own sister's birth in July 1961, Spencer tells US Weekly in a statement, "My father [John Spencer, 8th Earl Spencer] always told us how Diana was born on just such a blisteringly hot day, at Sandringham, in July 1961." Now that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are parents, he says, "It's another very happy summer's day, half a century on."

Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer, has four children with ex-wife Victoria Lockwood: Lady Kitty Eleanor, 22, twins Lady Eliza Victoria and Lady Amelia, 21, and Louis Frederick John, Viscount Althorp, 19. He has two children with his second wife, Caroline Freud: The Hon. Edmund Charles, 9, and Lady Lara Caroline, 7.

After marrying Canadian philanthropist Karen Gordon in June 2011, Spencer, 49, and his wife welcomed Lady Charlotte Diana on July 30, 2012.

Meanwhile:
Princess Anne doesn't want any of the royal baby spotlight on her!Prince William's aunt sent well-wishes to her nephew on the birth of his first child, but did so rather begrudgingly.

Princess Anne on Royal Baby's Birth: "Nothing to Do With Me"

"Nothing to do with me, but it's very good news," the Princess Royal, 62, said on the birth of her grandnephew. Prince William and wife Kate Middleton welcomed their their baby boy on Monday, July 22 at 4:24 p.m. London time at St. Mary's Hospital in London.
Princess Anne is the only daughter of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, and the sister of Prince Charles. She was married from 1973 to 1992 to Captain Mark Phillips, with whom she had two children, Peter Phillips and Zara Phillips. Since 1992, she has been married to Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence.
Princess Anne, who is 10th in line for the throne, was the first royal since 1504 to refuse titles for her family. Wanting a low-key life, she declined an earldom for husband Phillips and lord and lady titles for her offspring, Peter and Zara.
The Olympic equestrian was also none too pleased with pregnancy. Being with child "is a boring nine months," she has said. "It's an occupational hazard of being a wife!" As it happens, her daughter Zara is expecting her first child with husband Mike Tindall in early 2014.

'Corpse flower' attracts thousands to Washington garden!

It seems a more fitting subject for an Edgar Allan Poe story: a towering maroon blossom that emits the odor of rotting flesh.

'Corpse flower' at U.S. Botanic Garden

Up to 20,000 visitors packed the U.S. Botanic Garden on Monday to catch a whiff of the rare titan arum bloom, also known as the corpse flower, before the short-lived flowering ends.

Found in the tropical rainforests of Sumatra, Indonesia, the titan arum takes years to bloom, but its inflorescence, one of the largest in the world, remains open for only 24 to 48 hours. The powerful odor serves to attract carrion beetles and other insects for pollination.

While the U.S. Botanic Garden has 14 corpse flowers, this is the first to bloom since 2007. Southern California enthusiasts have previously taken in the stink of the titan arum at the Fullerton Arboretum in 2006 and at the Huntington Library in 2010.

Botanists and the public were anticipating the Washington event for a week before the plant finally bloomed Sunday evening. During that time, more than 400,000 viewers logged on to a webcam monitoring the plant's progress.
Bill McLaughlin, the garden's curator of plants, heard that the titan arum was about to bloom Sunday and arrived just in time to see it open around 6 p.m.
Crowds soon converged on the garden, forming a line that wove slowly through the shrubbery. Many visitors wore suits or high heels as they stole away from work for a quick peek.

Though it smelled sweet at first, McLaughlin said, the stench soon "began descending from the roof, like a pile of dead animals."
"It's hilarious that all these people are here to smell something awful," he said.

Town Crier Announces Birth of Kate Middleton, Prince William's Son!

Town Crier Tony Appleton outside the Olympic Stadium before an Opening Ceremony rehearsal ahead of the London 2012 Olympics in the Olympic Park on July 25, 2012 in London, England.

Hear ye, hear ye! News of the royal baby's July 22 birth spread rapidly online after Clarence House confirmed it in a tweet, but as royal crier Tony Appleton demonstrated Monday evening, there's something to be said for the old-fashioned way of doing things. Appleton's ceremonial announcement of the birth of Prince William and Kate Middleton's firstborn son was fit for a king -- the future King of England, in fact.

Donning traditional royal garb and a large, feathered hat, Appleton ascended the steps at St. Mary's Hospital in London just before 9 p.m. local time. As he read the official royal proclamation, cheers could be heard from well-wishers gathered outside.

"On this day, the 22nd of July in the year 2013, we welcome, with humble duty, a future king, the firstborn of Their Royal Highness the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the third in line to the throne," he announced with great fanfare. "And our new prince is the third great-grandchild of Her Majesty the Queen and the grandchild of His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales."
"May he be long-lived, happy, and glorious, and one day reign over us," he concluded. "God save the Queen!"

Kim Kardashian And Kris Jenner Ending Keeping Up With The Kardashians?!

Say it isn't so!!!

 kimkrisrealitytv

Our favourite reality TV family could be wrapping up Keeping Up With The Kardashians for good!?

Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner are reportedly looking to end the show on a high note, and Kim's motherhood/ Kris's talk show might be their ticket off television!
A source reveals:
It has been the biggest reality franchise of all-time. Both Kim and Kris want to make sure they end on a high note, leaving fans wanting more, rather than try and stretch the show on for another few seasons and watch it die a death. Plus, they are now moving on in their lives … exploring new options and opportunities."
Hmmm…Could those "options" include a spin-off?
Kanye, Kim, and Baby Makes 3!

Please say YES!
The Dash Dolls have an alleged $40 million pact that would keep them on through 2015, so the fate of the show rests in the next 2 years!
The source added:
They want a break from the cameras — that shouldn’t be too surprising."
