Tubman Replaces Jackson On U.S $20 Bill!
The U.S Treasury Department is expected to announce on Wednesday, April 20, the replacement of slave-holding Andrew Jackson on the center of a new $20 note, by Harriet Tubman, an African-American woman who ferried thousands of slaves to freedom, she also participated actively in the struggle for women's suffrage in the post-war era.
Tubman died in 1913 at the age of 93.
