One Of Paris Attackers Chief Coordinator Captured!

After four months of evading the strong arm of the law, Abdeslam Salah, one of the chief attackers in a series of coordinated terrorists attacks, and who drove suicide bombers to Stade  de France in Saint - Denis, northern Paris on November 13, 2015 has been caught in a Molenbeek, Brussels raid.


The 26 year-old Belgium born French national, was captured alongside five other terror suspects including three people from the same family who were taken into custody. 


After an exchange of gunfire, Abdeslam Salah was shot in the leg and taken to the hospital.

French President  François Hollande, said more people than anticipated where involved in the attack.


The terrorist attack reportedly killed 130 people, and injured 368 people. Seven of the attackers died in the incident, while the authorities has been on the heels of accomplices.

 Once again, Adele found herself giving a couple that special moment during a recent concert in London.

While performing "Make You Feel My Love" Adele noticed a man propose to his girlfriend and invited them to the stage.

Popular Mile 12 Market To Be Relocated!

Community leaders and traders in the popular Mile 12 market along Ikorodu road, Lagos state, on Wednesday, March 16, agreed with the plan of the State Government to relocate the Mile 12 market to a more suitable and convenient location within the state. They also agreed to remove shanties and ban the use of commercial motor cyclists, commonly known as Okada withing the vicinity.


According to a press conference held at the Bagauda Kaltho Press Centre, at the Government House, Alausa - Lagos, the traders and community leaders said contrary to widespread assertion that the recent civil disturbance in the area which led to the loss of lives and property, was a fight between Yoruba and Hausa Communities, the truth they said, was that the Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo Communities and other ethnic groups have been living and doing business together in the area in peace before the ugly incident.

North Korea Sentences 21 Year-Old U.S Student To 15 Years Imprisonment With Hard Labour!

North Korea has sentenced a 21 year-old U.S student, Otto Warmbier, a University of Virginia student to 15 years imprisonment with hard labour.


His offence? "committing crime against the State".

Otto Warmbier was arrested on January 2, 2016, as he was about to board a plane to leave the country. He visited North Korea on a trip arranged by a Chinese travel organization called Young Pioneer Tours. 

Admitting to the crime in a press conference in February, Warmbier said "I committed the crime of taking down a political slogan from the staff holding area of the Yanggakdo International Hotel," he said tearfully while reading from a statement. "I never, never should have allowed myself to be lured by the United States administration to commit a crime in this country."
"I wish that the United States administration never manipulate people like myself in the future to commit crimes against foreign countries. I entirely beg you, the people and government of the DPRK, for your forgiveness. Please! I made the worst mistake of my life!".


Burahi Conferred With Honour As Nigeria Signs Agreement With Equatorial Guinea On Boosting Security In The Gulf Of Guinea!

On Tuesday, March 15, 2016, Nigeria signed an agreement with equally oil-rich Equatorial Guinea, to establish a joint Maritime Policing and Security Patrol Committee.


The agreement which was signed in Malabo, the capital city of Equatorial Guinea, report says is expected to boost security in the Gulf of Guinea and help in checking piracy, crude oil theft, sabotage of oil rigs and arms smuggling. The two countries also agreed to discuss greater cooperation on oil and gas production and a bilateral trade agreement. Other pressing issues raised during the two day visit of Muhammadu Buhari to Equatorial Guinea include sub-regional, regional and international issues including terrorism, violent extremism and the state of the global economy, especially as it affects Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea. 



Before he returned to Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, was conferred with the Highest Equatorial Guinea National Honour by President  Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, for his "personal integrity and exemplary leadership".
