An ATR 72-600, Taiwan plane, en-route Kinman from Taipei, with 58 people on-board, including two pilots reportedly crashed.
Information says the less -than-a -year plane, with about 70 seats crashed into a shallow river, shortly after taking off from a downtown Taipei airport on Wednesday, February 3, 2015.
Total number of lives lost is not yet confirmed, as rescue operation is reportedly still ongoing, but it was gathered that about 28 people escaped miraculously.

TransAsia Chief executive, Chen Xinde has apologized publicly to passengers and crew of the ill fated plane, on a televised news conference.
