Lastma officials at Western Avenue, inwards Fadeyi, opposite Igbobi Orthopaedic Hospital, Lagos - Nigeria, observed doing peharps more than what is required of them, unnecessarily pulling over commercial bus drivers (Danfo) for who knows what offence.
It was observed that these Lastma officials would pull-over a commercial bus, ask the driver to alight while one of them gets in and pull the vehicle over...he remains in the vehicle as seen in the picture below, until the driver "settles" with his ogas...then the vehicle would be released.
Lagos State authorities check the activities of these guys in particular, and keep them in order peradventure.....
