With the recent commissioning of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, in capital city, Abuja, Nigeria can be said to have joined the league of nations that boasts of having its Airport Terminal connected to a rail transport system.

The Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport project, which started a couple of years ago, and reportedly the first of its kind in West Africa, was commissioned by President, Muhammadu Buhari, on Thursday, December 20, 2018.
