Hilarious - Senator Ben Bruce Claps Back At Twitter Throttler!

A Nigerian Senator representing Bayelsa East constituency, Bayelsa state 

south Nigeria, under the platform the of People's Democratic Party 

(PDP), and Chairman of the Silverbird GroupBen Murray Bruce, has through 

what he termed 'Common sense advocacy', especially via his twitter 

handle, raised critical  issues that questions the agenda of the ruling party. 



This move garnered him admirals as well  critics who stop at nothing to throttle  
his twits and throw his words back at him.

Nigeria's 'No Light, No Fuel' Situation, University Suspends Academic Activities, Asks Students To Vacate School Premises!

According to information extracted from the notice below, authorities of the University of Lagos, Akoka, (Unilag), a federal university in Lagos - Nigeria, has issued a notice suspending all academic activities in the school, and asking students to vacate the school premises until further notice. 


This action according to the notice signed Thursday, April 7, 2016, was prompted by the agitation of the student body over poor electricity and water supply in the campus, and the difficulty faced by the large number of students living off-campus to attend classes as a result of the fuel crisis.

Panama Paper Leak - Iceland's Prime Minister Resigns!

Iceland Prime Minister, Sigmundur David Gunnlaugsson resigned on Tuesday, April 5th, after the Panama Paper leak. 


The resignation which was  announced on television by deputy chairman of the Progressive Party and government minister, Sigurdur Ingi Johannsson was confirmed by Iceland's national public-service broadcasting organization (RUV). 

Mr. Gunnlaugsson initially maintained that he and his wife, Anna Sigurlaug Palsdottir, had not hidden their assets or avoided paying taxes, and that the leak contained no news.

Air France - KLM Hunt For New Chief Executive!

Executives of Air France-KLM in a statement revealed they were looking for a replacement for the company's chief executive, as Mr de Juniac, indicated that he will be moving over to  International Air Transport Association (IATA ) come August 1st. 


This came after three years that the Franco-Dutch airline was reportedly characterized  by repeated profit warnings and troubles with the unions.
