In an unexpected twist of events on moving day at the Masters, Tiger Woods was assessed a two-stroke penalty for an illegal drop he took on the 15th hole Friday evening. Woods dropped from 3-under to 1-under with the penalty, and now sits five strokes back of leader Jason Day. Woods responded publicly to the penalty on Twitter Saturday.
