Kanye was reportedly walking hand in hand with a pregnant Kim Kardashian in Beverly Hills on Friday, when he dropped his chin to avoid the paparazzi and smacked his head into a metal sign.
The loud bang led to a series of caught-on-tape gasps.
“You okay?” multiple photographers asked.
“Stop taking f---ing pictures,” West shouted as he
confronted one of the shutterbugs.

West doubled over in pain and rubbed his dented dome as Kardashian, leaned

That’s when Kardashian (as seen in the picture below) nudged his elbow and
walked with him into a restaurant as the situation seemed to die down.

dressed around here"
