INEC Announces Election Results Of Nine States!


Barely 48 hours after elections in some polling units, and 24 hours in other units, the Nigeria Independent National Electoral Commision (INEC) on Monday, March 30, at about 3pm began announcing results of the 2015 elections, conducted on Saturday 28, and Sunday 29, March, as collated by the various officers. The first batch of results came in from nine states



The Results Below:

EKITI 
APC - 120,331
PDP - 176, 466 - PDP led

ENUGU 
APC - 14,157
PDP - 553,003 - PDP led

OGUN 
PDP - 308,290 - PDP led
APC - 207,466

OSUN 
PDP - 249,929
APC - 383,603 - APC led

ONDO 
PDP - 251,368
APC - 299,889 - APC led

FCT - ABUJA
PDP - 157,195 - PDP led
APC - 146,399

OYO 
PDP - 303,376
APC - 528,620 - APC led

NASSARAWA 
PDP - 273,460 - PDP led
APC - 236,838

KOGI 
PDP - 149,987
APC - 264,851 - APC led

Some polling units were cancelled due to 'fracas' and other electoral misconducts. 

The results so far puts PDP in the lead with a total of 2,423,074 votes gotten from 4 states...

While APC has a total of 2,202,154 votes gotten from 5 states.....

The committee went on recess at about 4:15pm, to re-converge by 8pm for the announcement of results from 18 more states.
