To ensure there was no cheating, over 1000 Indian Army aspirants were made to write an examination for the post of clerk in the army, sitting cross-legged on the ground in their under pants, using their thighs as tables for the one-hour duration.
This happened recently in Bihar, East India, bordering Nepal.
