Kim K again disproved rumors that she recently received butt implants by posting a cheeky flashback Friday photo highlighting her most famous asset, from an event five years earlier.
The Kim shared the picture via Twitter on Friday, Feb. 21.
It shows her posing on the red carpet with her back to the camera, her derriere on display in a clingy, super-short turtleneck dress. "#FlashBACKFriday lol," she jokingly captioned the snap, which was taken at SlimFast's Style Your Slim event on Jan. 8, 2008.
This came at the heels of Kardashian's extended twitter rant on Wednesday earlier this week, in which she slammed reports that her famous curves are fake. "I'm seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt implants-injections. Get a life!".
