Thousands hit by flood in southern England!

 Under water: Elderly residents are rescued from Little Venice caravan park in Yalding, Kent

Rising surface: The River Wey in Guildford bust its banks over night leaving cars stranded and streets flooded


Saved: Gavin Ritchie and his two children Jess (seven) and Jacob (five) are rescued by boat in Yalding, Kent

Dawn: The streets in Guildford were closed off this morning by the huge amount of flood water

Adapting: Firefighters were unable to drive on the roads in Essex, so were forced to use inflatable boats
