Adele's 25 made history last week when it sold 3.38 million copies, surpassing all expectations, and gaining 1 million units more than previous record holder, NSYNC's No Strings Attached, which sold just over 2.4 million in 2000.
This record makes Adele the only artist in history to hit more than three million copies in a week.
