Trash Litter Mobile Road, Lekki!

Heap of trash litter Mobile Road, off Resettlement bus-stop, off Lekki - Epe express way, Lekki Peninsula, Lagos.



Is this place included in the Lagos State Waste Management Authoritie's (LAWMA) area of operation?  It is fast becoming an eye-sore.
