This is under the Ozumba Mbadiwe end of the Falomo / Victoria Island link bridge, an obscure small part, almost hidden by fence.
It is clearly a far cry from the state of beauty and excellence that surrounds it, and a fast becoming a nest for hoodlums.
A glance at it clearly suggests that it is calling for urgent attention.
