A 3 year-old boy, identified as Holston Cole, living in Paulding County, Dallas - Georgia, southeastern United States, with his father, mother and twin sisters, in a home on Camp Circle and Dallas Acworth Highway, died on Tuesday morning around 7am, April 26, 2016, after accidentally shooting himself in the chest.
It is unclear how the toddler got hold of a loaded gun, or who it belonged to, but news revealed that the boy was taken to Paulding-Wellstar hospital after the accident, where he was pronounced dead.
No charges have been filed in the case.
