Human Error/ Technical Failure Ruled As Possible Causes Of FlyDubai FZ981 Crash!

Russian investigative committee ruled that human error or technical failure are the two main theories of FlyDubai FZ981 crash. 
44 Russians, eight Ukranians, 2 Indians, one Uzbek and 7 cabin crews were on-board the ill fated FlyDubai flight FZ981 from Dubai to Rostov On Don, 950 kilometres south of Moscow, Russian capital city, which crashed on landing, killing all 62 people, on Saturday, March 19, 2016. 
Information revealed that  FlyDubai FZ981 departed Dubai International Airportat around 10.20pm UAE time en-route Rostov-on-Don (ROV), but crashed at about 4.50am local time.
