Right in the middle of the road, this van veered off, hitting one of the pedestrian bridge pillars at Sand Fill bus-stop, by Oriental Hotel, Victorian Island, Lagos, in the morning hours of Monday, March 21st.
Was the driver sleeping...drunk? just wondering!
